BECAM examined a lease model in which integrated computing hardware operates while an electric vehicle is connected to charging infrastructure.

The original proposal connected blockchain participation, pooled computation and a user-facing vehicle-leasing model. It was recognised as an innovation concept in 2022.

Current engineering perspective
